1. How does the booking process work?
It is very simple to book an apartment in Barcelona with us. Please see our How to Book section.
2. Are taxes included?
Yes, all taxes are included in our prices.
3. Will I need to pay a damage deposit for the apartment?
Yes, a deposit will be requested on your arrival and refunded on your departure. The amount varies per apartment ranging from 100€ to 300€. Please see that information on the detail page of the apartment you are choosing. In most of the apartments the deposit can be paid in cash or with your credit card details. For further information please don’t hesitate to contact us.
4. What happen if I break something?
Please call us as soon as possible to assess the damage.
We will do our best to try to fix it and reach a vision whether there is any charge incurred.
5. Is breakfast included?
No, but all apartments have a fully equipped kitchen.
6. Can I drink the water?
The tap water in Barcelona is clean and safe to drink. However, some areas have a higher sodium content and may taste bitter to some. We generally recommend to stock up on bottled water for drinking at the local grocery store.
7. How can I get from Barcelona airport to the city centre?
From Barcelona Airport:
By Aerobus (Transfer bus): There is a regular bus service from outside each terminal at Barcelona Airport. Weekdays buses leave every 15 minutes from 06:45 until 23:00 and weekends and holidays they leave every 30 minutes. The Aerobus stops at Plaza d’spanya, Gran Via, Plaza Universitat, Plaza de Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. The journey into central Barcelona takes about 30 minutes. It costs about 3.45 €. It’s the easiest way from the airport.
By Train: When you arrive in the arrivals lounge there are signs to the train station. The station is reached via an overhead walkway located between terminals A and B. Trains leave at `13 and `43 minutes past the hour until 23.40, all taking the same route into Barcelona stopping at Barcelona Sants, Placa de Catalunya, Arc de Triomf and Clot. It costs 2.20 € and is fast and comfortable, but take care of your belongings when getting on and off.
By Taxi: Barcelona’s distinctive black and yellow licensed cabs are usually in thankful abundance in ranks outside the terminals. You may have to queue but this normally moves very quickly. Expect to pay between 20 and 30 € into central Barcelona.
8. What is the cleaning charge?
There is a cleaning charge in every reservation. This is for the departure cleaning we do after check out to get the apartment ready for the next customers.
If you would like to have a daily cleaning service, please let us know before arrival. There is an extra charge for this service.
9. Are the prices per person or per apartment?
Prices are for the apartment and are typically based on 2 guests. Each additional guest attracts a small supplement.
10. When and how can I get the keys?
The arrival time needs to be communicated at least 3 days before the arrival per e-mail or by phone to the contact person that will be given to you on the booking confirmation.
Check-in time is normally between 2:00pm and 9:00pm with if possible we will try to accommodate you before 2.00pm. You just need to contact us and ask if it’s possible.
Arrivals after 22.00 will have an extra charge of 30€.
The apartment’s keys (2 sets) are given when the total amount of the stay is paid on arrival.
11. Where can I leave the luggage?
If you are arriving early in the morning or leaving late you can store you luggage in baggages-claim in the old-town. If possible, we can arrange that to be inside the apartment.
12. Are bed linen and towels included? Which other facilities are included?
All facilities and electrical appliances included in the apartment are detailed in our website. If you notice any mistake or any thing missing from the equipment please let us know as soon as possible.

- Bed linen and covers
- Bath towels (1 bath towel per person) and hand towels
- Tableware and crockery
- Hot water
- Air conditioning
- Heating
13. Is there extra charge for gas, electricity or water?
No, there is no additional charge.
14. Can I cancel my reservation?
If you want to cancel a confirmed booking, please let us know it as soon as possible. Please note that the prepayment of the 20% is non-refundable.
