Cancellation policies
For the direct reservations at www.barcelonstuff.com, 20% of the total rental amount is to be paid by the moment of securing the reservation, and the pending 80% shall be charged 5 days prior to the arrival date. All charges are not refundable.
The full charge will be taken after the reservation and no amount will be refunded in case of cancelation
For reservations longer than 32 days: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before arrival. If canceled when less time is left, the first 30 days of the stay will be non-refundable.
